Click & Collect
We collect and pack the item’s for you! So when you arrive at our shops you just have to pick them up and go!
You no longer have to search for your favourite items, we find them for you!
- You Chooce
Select the shop and time for your pick-up. Choose the items you want.
Remember that you have to order minimum 12 hours before you collect your items at the airport.
- We Pack
After you completed your order, we pack your items, so that they are ready for you when you arrive at the airport.
- You Collect
Go straight to the pick-up point , and if you see something is tempting on the way, you can bring that in addition.
Frequently asked quiestions
- When can I pick up my wares?
When you arrive at the Airport, either departing or arriving depending on what you chose when you placed the order.
- What do I need to pick up my items?
To pick up your items at the Click & Collect point, we need you to show us your boardingcard, phone number or ordernumber and valid identification, if you have bought alcohol or tobacco products.
- Do I have to pay online?
No, you pay at the pick up point at our shops.
- What do I do if I want to change my order or add to it, when I've already ordered?
Just bring the new item or let us know in the pick up point what you want to change and we will help you.
- Will it cost any extra to use Click & Collect?
No, This service is completly free.
- Where can I pick up my order?
At the till marked pick up point.
- Can I cancel my order?
Yes, just let ut know which items/order you whish to cancel in our pick up point.
Orders which aren't picked up will be stored for 24 hours and then canceled.
- What if my flight is delayed?
You can just pick up your order when you arrive. We will store your order for 24 hours.
- What if my flight is canceled?
Unfortunatley you must have a valid flight to be able to buy at the airport, therefore you must make a new order if you can't arrive at the airport within 24 hours of orgininaly planned flight.
If your flight is canceled but you get a new flight within the 24 hours, your old order is stil valid, so you don't have to re-order.
